Downtown structure collapses in storm

West Chester PA -- The effects of the storm last night caused the upper facade of the building at 16 East Gay Street to collapse shortly after midnight. There is no news of injuries and the building has been unoccupied for several years. An automobile parked in front was damaged.
Borough officials are cleaning up the area.
