William Mann, the computer services and communications officer for the Borough of West Chester, now provides a quaterly newsletter with easy to read information on tech news, gadgets, cyber security, cloud computing, Microsoft reviews, scary virus’s and social media. You name it, he writes about it.

The best part is that he writes without jargon overload. He understands that we may be users, but not experts.
