West Chester PA — The West Chester BID is partnering with the Greater West Chester Chamber of Commerce to provide small business counseling conducted by SCORE of Chester and Delaware County. The service is free and confidential. Appointments are usually arranged for Mondays at 8am or 9am at the BID/Chamber offices, 137 North High Street.
