West Chester PA — The Chester County Historical Society (CCHS) is inviting community members to take a tour of the museum and then share their experience in a focus group.

Focus groups will be conducted throughout the day on Saturday, August 16, at 9:30am, 11:30am, 2:30pm at CCHS, 225 North High St, West Chester.

Each focus group will take about 30-45 minutes. Parking is free on the street on Saturday until 5pm.

Participants are asked to have explored the museum prior to attending the focus group.

On Wednesday, August 27, at 10am, there is a Family Focus Group also at CCHS, 225 North High St. Community members will first take a tour of the museum and then participate in a focus group about their experience. There are educator-led activities for children to attend during focus groups.

The goal of the focus groups is to research the Chester County Historical Society’s brand awareness and visitor experience among its potential customers. Focus groups are conducted by 20/10 Solutions.

Participants will receive a free three month membership for their time.
