This week’s “Business Spotlight” is Bobbles & Lace West Chester, which is located at 125 N High Street. We sat down with the owners, Crystal Gambardella and Hunter Gordon, to get the inside scoop.

1. Tell me about your business and what makes it unique.

At Bobbles & Lace, we are committed to creating a unique & personalized shopping experience. We aim to build long-lasting relationships with every client who walks through our doors, and our hope is that every person leaves feeling empowered & with the confidence they deserve! In addition to a fun shopping experience, we also offer private shopping events for you & your friends and we collaborate with other local businesses to add to the fun!

2. What services or products do you offer?

We pride ourselves on providing high-end women’s fashion at an affordable price all while having a great shopping experience! When you come into the store, you will find everything you need to be fully styled from head to toe – from jeans to dresses to shoes, as well as jewelry & purses, plus lots more. There really is something for everyone, and we cater to many different occasions & fashion styles!

3. How long have you been in business?

We just celebrated 3 months of having our doors open!

4. What do you love most about being located in West Chester?

The amazing West Chester community! We have been completely blown away by the outpouring of love & support from both the residents and other businesses. We cannot believe how many people have reached out to congratulate us or stopped by the store just to introduce themselves & say welcome to the area. We feel very lucky to be a part of such a great town!

5. What can you tell me about the culture or atmosphere of your business?

A common misconception of our boutique is that we gear towards a younger clientele. While there are plenty of options for them here, Bobbles & Lace really is for everybody! No matter your age or what you’re shopping for, we want you to come in & know that when it comes to clothes, we have your back. We can dress you for anything, from the grocery store to the Met Gala, and we’ll have fun with you while we do so!

6. Is there anything else you would like to share about your business?

Our Fall collection is arriving fast & furious! We have a ton of new arrivals coming in weekly. We will also be staying open late on Thursday, August 31st for an event called “Bobbles After Dark.” It is open to the public & we would love everyone to come by for some fun & special treats!
