Part Time Job Fair For WCU Students

The Greater West Chester Chamber of Commerce (GWCC) and The West Chester Business Improvement District (BID) are partnering with West Chester University (WCU) to host a downtown Job Fair for West Chester University students! The Job Fair will feature opportunities for students who are seeking part-time work.
The aim is to help employers fill available positions and students to be aware of current employment opportunities in an informed, easy way, bringing together the campus and local community as a shared community. Students will be encouraged to come dressed in purple and gold WCU colors to show their RAM Pride!
The fair will kick-off on Tuesday, September 12, 2023 from 3:00pm-5:00pm (rain date 9/14). Students will be directed to check-in at align.Space, located at 2 West Market, where they will receive a list of all participating businesses. Businesses located within the borough will be highlighted on a map given to students.
Businesses located within the borough of West Chester can participate at their locations and will be provided a sign to hang in their store-front to indicate that they are accepting student applications/resumes for consideration.
Businesses/organizations located outside of the borough of West Chester are invited to reserve a table at align.Space on September 12th. Space is limited, with only twenty (20) tables available. A high-top table will be provided (no electric).
Beyond September 12th, the GWCC, BID and WCU will continue to promote the participating businesses’ seeking students for part-time employment.
In order for your business/organization to participate, you must fill out the form below. Tables at align.Space will be filled on a first-come-first reserved basis and priority will be given to businesses and organizations that are current members of the GWCC.
The deadline to fill out the form to participate is Tuesday, August 29, 2023.
