Miss West Chester University
February 5, 2022 @ 7:30 pm - 10:30 pm
| FreeFounded in 1998 as the Miss Killinger Hall competition, Miss West Chester University grew from a Residence Hall Activity to an annual campus wide scholarship competition that has awarded close to $60,000 in scholarships and prizes to women leaders at West Chester University.
Over the past 23 years, the Miss West Chester University Organization has grown as an inclusive, one-of-a-kind pageant that welcomes all women and creates an opportunity for women leaders on campus to showcase their leadership, academic achievements, and community service while crowning Miss WCU for a year of service.
The annual competition includes key areas of competition: interview, casual wear, talent, evening gown, and on-stage question and features university performers and organizations. The pageant also celebrates the outgoing Miss WCU’s year of service. This annual event is known to fill Asplundh Hall at the University and is an annual tradition of empowering and celebrating the incredible women at WCU. All of this is made possible by the Department of Residence Life and Housing at WCU as well as the many sponsors and volunteers.
The Miss WCU Organization is proud to count among its past titleholders and contestants such accomplished women that have gone on to become doctors, lawyers, academic professionals, business leaders, media personalities, performing arts professionals, titleholders in other pageant systems, and so much more!
