A respectful workplace is built on trust with the demonstration of appreciation for all individuals regardless of their race, color, religion, sex, or national origin and irrespective of their gender expression or orientation. Our session will focus on providing an environment with a genuine regard for others, eliminating bias and discrimination with a clear understanding its’ overall impact. Preventing harassment and bullying while communicating in an inclusive manner to create a sense of belonging for all is a responsibility.
