Parking

The Justice Center Parking Garage is owned by Chester County and managed by Colonial Parking Inc. It is located on West Market between New & Darlington Streets at the West Chester Transit Center. There are 86 spaces on the second floor for general public use with a pay station located near the elevator. Fee is $1 per hour between 8 am and 5 pm, Monday through Friday. Cash (bills or coins) or credit card may be used. Parking is free after 5 pm everyday and all day weekends and holidays.
