Lot 5 is a Borough-owned, public parking lot located on South High St between Miner & Barnard Streets. There are 17 metered spaces and 2 handicap spaces.

Cost is $0.75 per half-hour (quarters or credit card) from 8am-10pm Monday thru Wednesday; 8am-12am Thursday & Friday; 5pm-12am Saturday; with a 3-hour limit.

Parking is free on Sundays
