West Chester PA -- On October 16, 2018, Borough Council made final approval for the 44 WEST development at the corner of Gay & Church Streets. E. Kahn Development Corporation and JLoew & Associates are doing the development. It includes two 59-foot, mixed-use retail and office structures and a 10,000 sq ft plaza with a fountain that will run all year. Construction is scheduled to begin in November, 2018, and completed in December of 2019.

The former structures had become blighted and were part of the Chester County offices which relocated.
