ABOUT THE MELTON CENTER
Since the concept of a West Chester community center was first presented by Dr. Leslie Pickney Hill in 1917, the guiding principle has been to promote understanding and cooperation between all people through personal, professional, cultural, and spiritual growth for the entire community. The Charles A Melton Arts & Education Center continues to foster that principle.
