West Chester Downtown Foundation 2009 Appeal
A letter from Lance J. Nelson
President West Chester Downtown Foundation
Sometimes it's the little things that make a downtown really special. In West Chester, the cleaning of the downtown business district happens continually. Each Spring and Fall the flower beds and permanent planters are planted and maintained through a collaborative effort with the West Chester Business Improvement District.
During the holiday weekends live music is heard throughout the downtown, making the visit to West Chester a particularly pleasant experience. These things have happened because people like you have championed our endeavors to make West Chester a truly livable and prosperous town loaded with history, culture, fine dining, galleries and shops.
To ensure that these downtown services continue, we are asking you to include us in your year-end giving. Your help will continue the beautification, cleaning and marketing efforts of downtown West Chester. In addition, a portion of your funds will be placed in the West Chester Downtown Foundation Endowment Fund, established in 2004, to assure future funding.
The West Chester Downtown Foundation is a non-profit, 501(c)(3) organization created to enhance the vitality of Downtown West Chester. Please send your tax-deductible contribution to:
