The Bicentennial Parking Facility is a Borough-owned parking garage managed by Standard Parking. It is located at 20 South High Street between Market & Miner Streets. There are 367 spaces.
Cost
$.75 per half-hour up to a maximum of $9.00 per day, cash only, when you exit. Some merchants and restaurants may offer parking validation, so take your garage ticket with you.
Hours
- 7:30 am to 9:30 pm Monday through Wednesday
- 7:30 am to 3:00 am Thursday through Saturday
- Enter the garage after 5:00pm on Saturday for a flat fee of $5
- Free on Sundays except during major events ($5 flat fee, garage only)
