EASTER BUNNY EXPRESS | Saturday, April 19, 2014
Hop on board the West Chester Railroad and take a 90-minute round trip from downtown West Chester to historic Glen Mills Station along the beautiful Chester Creek. The train departs at Noon and 2pm. The Easter Bunny will be on board handing out treats to all passengers. Live music by Greg Wright &  Friends. An eclectic mix of gallery receptions and one-night exhibits is what makes Gallery Walk an evening of fun and surprises. More than 20 artists display their work at galleries, shops, banks, and restaurants throughout downtown -- most with new works. No matter what your budget, you're sure to find a favorite. 5pm to 9pm. Presented by the Greater West Chester Chamber of Commerce and sponsored by the West Chester BID.

PLANETARIUM SHOW at WCU | Friday, May 2, 2014
West Chester University Department of Geology & Astronomy presents Black Holes Don't Suck at the University Planetarium, Schmucker Science Center, located on South Church Street between University Avenue and Rosedale Avenue. A 5K walk/run through the streets of West Chester that benefits The Center for Pediatric Eosinophilic Disorders at The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. On-site registration begins at 5:30pm at the Historic Courthouse (High & Market Streets) with the run beginning at 6:30pm.
